1) Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

2) Return Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included
  • Returns without original packaging may be refused or subject to a deduction

3) Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale / clearance items (if marked as such)
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order items (if applicable)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear

4) Damaged / Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund based on the situation.

5) Return Shipping & Fees

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For large furniture/freight returns, return shipping can be significant and may include carrier pickup fees.
  • A restocking fee may apply for oversized items (up to 15%) if the item is opened or packaging is not in original condition.

6) Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The actual posting time depends on your bank/payment provider.

7) How to Start a Return

Contact us first to receive return instructions and (if applicable) a return authorization. Do not ship items back without contacting us.
