2) Shipping & Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the item type, warehouse location, and destination.
- Small/standard parcels: typically 7–15 business days after shipment
- Large furniture / freight items: typically 12–25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or customs (if applicable).
3) Shipping Regions
We ship to supported destinations shown at checkout. If your location is not available, contact us for assistance.
4) Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Some freight deliveries may provide appointment scheduling or limited tracking updates depending on the carrier.
5) Freight / Oversized Delivery (Furniture)
- Some furniture ships by freight and may require a delivery appointment
- Delivery is typically to the curbside or building entrance unless stated otherwise
- Please ensure the delivery area is accessible for large packages
6) Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or parts are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of:
- Outer box/packaging (including shipping label)
- Inner packaging
- Damaged areas/parts
